This isn’t really a question I’m really asking about my health, but I am also asking about my weight. I’m a little bit overweight, and I’m trying to make the most of life without a lot of exercise. I’m not only overweight, but I’m also too fat.

So the more you are overweight, the harder it is for you to lose weight and keep it off. For some it is very hard to lose weight. For others it is easier.
As you would expect, the fact is weight has the biggest impact on your body. When you’re overweight you are a lot more susceptible to getting fat again and more likely to get obese. The trick is to take your weight off and you can do it in this way.
